The Ore House on the Plaza has been widely known for it’s margarita and tequila selections since the early 80’s, long before the “margarita explosion” in Santa Fe. Our staff tastes and researches many 100% agave tequilas, from small ranches and estates to the large import companies. Many of
these tequilas are only available in very limited quantities due to the recent agave shortage & crop failures in the last few years.

All our margaritas with the exception of our house margarita (which are made daily in small batches) are made one at a time to order, hand shaken. We use a special custom margarita mix made exclusively for us in Santa Fe. This in addition to using Cointreau (with silver tequilas) and Grand
Marnier (with reposado & añejo tequilas) ensures that you will have a unique & memorable margarita. Don’t let margaritas with the same name fool you - our hand shaken margaritas here set the standard for margarita excellence in Santa Fe. Salud & enjoy!
